NU-VU’s XO Series countertop ovens are designed to hold 18″x13″ half size sheet pans or 12″x10″ hotel pans. With exclusive circulating air and heat, they are excellent for baking and reheating all types of food products. Constructed with two speeds allowing the perfect oven for baking and roasting. The XO Series countertop convection oven are designed to be cost-effective and yet versatile. They can bake a variety of frozen and par-baked items such as cinnamon rolls, pastries, dinner rolls, hamburger buns and bread sticks.
