CR18 SERIES BREAD CABINET

NU-VU’s CR18 bread cabinets are useful accessories to the rest of the product line.  They provide storage for finished products and minimize drying out until they are ready to be served. They’re made of lightweight, sturdy aluminum with polycarbonate doors with left or right hinges. The CR18 is a unique combination cabinet and rack to store a variety of products.  The enclosed cabinet is good for preservation of moisture in products that require it, while the rack on top is ideal for artisan breads and other crusty products.  The enclosed cabinet has a capacity of (12) and the rack on top has a capacity of (6) 18”x26” sheet pans.
