DL Series

Sheet dough for pizzas, tortillas, wraps, flat bread and more. DL Series countertop sheeters have a front infeed and discharge and produce a uniform thickness. These sheeters feature ergonomic design and parallel or diagonal rollers to enable a single operator to make up to 250 pieces in an hour. The compact upright design makes it ideal for kitchens with limited space. These efficient sheeters reduce labor cost by being able to roll dough 6 times faster than rolling by hand. They’re perfect for bakeries and commercial kitchens alike.
