- Digital, electronic, independent controller for each deck with front temperature loss compensation, economy mode, steam box on/off switch and 99 hour delay start-up timer
- 1" (25 mm) thick refractory stone deck
- Capacity of two ea. 18" x 26" sheet pan per deck; end loaded
- Up to 4 decks can be stacked
- 8" (204 mm) standard deck height; other heights available: 6" (152 mm), 10" (254 mm), and 12" (205 mm)
